Conventional Career Counseling Versus Vocational Identity
Lets face it; it only takes a few seconds on the internet to discover various career tests with differing qualities. Before you waste much time, you need to read this short article. Professor Dr. Frederick Leong (2001) warned that many web sites today offer a misleading image about the statistical properties (or lack thereof) of their tests. Instead of giving you scientifically validated results, they offer a pseudo test that ultimately results in you becoming marketed to colleges or other companies.
At the other end of the spectrum, most certified Career Counselors offer a model that is much like going to traditional therapy sessions. Traditional career counseling requires the client to meet up at the practitioners office and pay for several visits. Here is a list of Denver area career counselors who offer similar products and services as Vocational Identity. Note their hourly rates.
We encourage you to look up some local counselors in your area. Our service does not charge per session. For many clients, it is simply not necessary to pay for multiple counseling consults just to get on track. Our programs are concise enough to give you a strong foundation and provide you with core resources beyond your consultation. We are so sure that you will develop major gains in confidence and direction that we will provide you with additional consultations at no cost. Please compare the investments and advantages for yourself! We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Note that these companies have not directly used Vocational Identity ltd for administration, as there are several certified CPP consultants throughout the United States.
Please review this recent report that was released by the Consulting Psychologists Press. It is a study in which several human resource professionals were interviewed about employee retention. Not only does it discuss current attitudes about workers as viewed professionals, the report also gives detailed support and suggestions for retaining and developing leaders!

A General Description of the Types
We encourage everyone to read "A General Description of the Types" by Dr. Carl Jung. This is an online version of the original writings from Dr. Carl Jung. This is a link to the writings that inspired Myers and Briggs to create the MBTI assessment. Its can be a bit difficult in language at times, but a very worth while read!
