Founder Joseph Daino has spent most of his adult life in the field of psychology. He has worked as a counselor for several behavioral treatment facilities for at risk youth. He has also worked in admissions for a Denver based college, consulting with many people to begin their careers though education. His personal educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University with an emphasis in Psychology. Joseph obtained his Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University in 2009. He is also an affiliate member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and is certified through the Consulting Psychologists Press for psychometric administration and interpretation.
